I found some at Walmart that is premade and has 2 net carbs per serving (2 T).

I want to eat it on my gg bread. I usually make mine with spinach sour cream and liptons inion soup mix but the onion soup powder is very high carb.....

Heres the recipe beebs;If you want to cut more sugar use less spinach.
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 green onion
salt and pepper
nutmeg optional


There are dried spinach soups but the ones I looked at were too high in sugar

If you wanted to experiment with the bouillon omit the salt and pepper. ;)

15 carbs entire recipe makes about 2 1/2 cups
