Howdy Y'all,

Yeppie, ya done hit another one out-da park. Now I got to run up to Jacksonville
(thats where the closest SAM's is) and get that there sauce , I'll try the WD here in Palatka
first tho. You know y'all are putting a real strain on the chicken farmers here in Florida
with all them there great meals and much less strain on my new belt and jeans.

     Nice job Dougy.

Our Best to You and Yours,
Buford and the Girls

I am double and triple rinsing my tofu noodles so the smell isn't an issue, but I am having a hard time getting past the rubbery texture.  Any suggestions would be great.

I like them best baked. I also like to make my pasta and let it set up so it absorbs the sauce. You can also drop them in boiling water. The asian grocer sells gluccomman noodles which have a different texture from soy. Wink
