MY friend just called and told me that she was going to start weight watchers again . She said  it is a new program where the
High Glycemic carb foods were going to be higher points then protein & low carb vegs . Also prepackaged foods were going to be higher points . Seems like someone is jumping on the FTS wagon !!!!!!! Grin

It's about time! But the real point to make here is WHY. This is a giant organization that's been around since I was young. For years they have portrayed themselves as being the premiere weight loss experts. Why are these experts now changing their program?  I have always contended that WW promoted slow weight loss for one simple reason, weekly fees. Is it possible they have lied to people all these years for a profit? Imagine that!  Roll Eyes

And thus, the old Latin addage applies... Caveat emptor!  Embarrassed (Buyer beware!).

The problem is that the message of low carb lifestyles gets lost in all the "diet" propaganda.

It's not easy to overcome the effects of billions of advertising dollars as well as federal government food pyramid hype.
It's no wonder that the American public is so confused (and so obese).
It's also no wonder why so many good people lose hope and give up on weight loss.

Word of mouth (from someone trusted) is about all we have left.
Let's do all we can to spread the word about FAT To Skinny!!!  Smiley
