TOM came and went..Didn't loose ANYTHING

I am dying here guys. Each week I easily lose 5 lbs or so. So last week my TOM ended and usually I drop a bit after and this time I haven't lost ANYTHING. Now it's a week later and I still haven't lost even a pound. I am doing exactly the same as I have been and nothing. Anyone else have this problem??

Well beebs I never found the post you were talking about but I did find my culprit. My latest craving had me eating turkey breast for lunch. I bought what I thought was my usual brand with no carbs, after investigating all the labels in my fridge I realized it had one carb per slice. So I eliminated it from my daily eating plus a weird brand of salad dressing that I wasn't sure of and I am back to loosing again. Thank goodness, I was really afraid I had already plateaued and I didn't know how I could cut back on any more carbs. So I am once again a happy camper :)
