I don't remember who posted it.
But the question was can Zero be substituted for Stevia.

In my experience, Zero can be used to replace any sweetener.
I will on occasion use bulk Xylitol for bulk if needed.
But the flavor of Zero is so much better than Xylitol, I try to avoid it.

For this recipe instead of 3 drops Zero, use 6 and skip the Stevia.
The pancakes will taste even better! ;)

Thanks Tony, I've done that too. I use whatever I have on hand. I really like the mix of sweeteners the best. The coconut pancakes even so amazingly delicious without the fall flavors and with salted butter and sugar-free syrup.

Sם I tried this recipe but the texture was really weird and not "creamy" did you use cream on it?
