Simply The BEST way to serve Avocado



Ingredients

1/2 large Florida Avocado sliced
sour cream
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons lime juice

Directions

Coat the fruit well with lime then salt and pepper well, serve with sour cream! YUMMY!

Avocado is a great meal for us and now I can eat it with my favourite sour cream.

Avocado has been staple in my home for years.
Absolutely love it and its versatility, not to mention great potassium source. :)

Very nice recipe, I will surely try it.
I personally just love avocado, the creamy texture is just super.

Every morning I make an Avocado smoothie. I thought I should share my recipe here:

Ingredients -
1 Avocado
1 Apple
1 Banana
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Honey (instead of sugar for obvious reason - weight watching)
1 cup unsweetened milk (skimmed milk)

Method -
Blend avocado, apple, banana along with milk in a blender. Now pour it in a glass and mix honey in it. Now sprinkle with chia seeds and drink.

Believe me it just tastes amazing and also, it gives me instant energy.

I hope people here try it and enjoy it  :D

Ho fernandoS,  you may have to revise the ingredients as I think it would add up to way more that 20 carbs for just that one drink.   Doug 's book recommends only 20 carbs.
