1/24/13

My meal plan for today is pretty light....still under the weather  :P :P

8:00 am  
Coffee w/ cream and sweetener  - 1 net carb
Hard boiled egg - .6 net carb
2 slices bacon
banana one minute muffin - 1 net carb
multi vitamin


12:00 noon  
chicken broth w/ chicken chunks
herb tea

after noon snack
sugar free almond mild chocolate shake- made with ice, sugar free 0 carb almond milk,Walden farms chocolate syrup, and a splash of heavy whipping cream
1 serving almonds- 2 net carbs

Tonight I have planned

Hamburger steaks
1/2 cup each broccoli and cauliflower sprinkled with parmesan cheese  3.5 net carb

Herb peppermint tea before bed :)

I have been trying to consume at least 120 oz of water  :P

8.1 net carbs for the day

My mean plan for today 1/24/13

500am

1 cup of coffee with 1 tablespoon of heavy cream and zero           1 net carb

1100am

2 eggs fried in butter                                                                  1.20 net carbs
bacon x 4 slices                                                                          0 net carbs

1500

prepackaged almonds                                                                  2.0 net carbs
2 string cheese                                                                            0.5  net carb

1800


chicken cut in cubes  cooked in crockpot in sugarfree                      0 net carbs
weldonfarms bbq and butter
1/2 cup shoprite string beans with butter                                        2 net carbs

                                                     total carbs 6.70
118 oz of water... 7 (16.9 oz) bottles of water

My day for 1/25/13
Probably only about 80 oz. water for the day and my multi-vitamin
Morning:
Coffee w/cream a little zero and cinnamon- 1 net carbs
Hard boiled egg   - .6 net carbs
3 pieces bacon – 0
Snack:
2 beef sticks -0
1 oz cheddar cheese -0
1 oz. almonds – 2
Diet Pepsi -0
Evening meal
Chicken wings w/ blue cheese dressing and celery – 2
½ cup left over cauliflower and broccoli -2
Hot chia tea
Jello w/ homemade whipped cream
7.6 net carbs for the day

Mary & I haven't been sick for at least 2 years. We have been exposed to quite a few ill people too. I'm not sure what's attributing to that.

I haven't been sick in years since I started FTS!

We know that too many carbs damage our metabolisms, arteries, etc. from inflammation.
I'm convinced that they also compromise our immune systems as well.

Sugar is Toxic and Dangerous!!!
