Hi friends ! Another successful week here in mommy land 😉lost 3.2lbs this week for a total of 11.1!! Feeling amazing physically and more importantly mentally

This way of eating has shown to me that it's anti-inflammatory. My tummy went way down, my daughter's fibro pain drastically reduced and my cholesterol is where low carb/anti-inflammatory doctors say it should be!!!!
