Thank you so much, yaw are so sweet :)  Next week I am going to incorporate exercise so that I can get a jump on my New Year's resolution to be more active.  There are so many great sugar alternatives out there especially with the bakery book...you really do not have to feel deprived.  I intend to celebrate Christmas slimmer and happier.

Hi Skychant, I notice a lack of non processed protein like grilled chicken breast, ground beef burgers, fish etc... try mixing it up a bit so you don't get bored. This will also cut down on the sodium found in processed meats. Good job on a great start!

Thank you Doug and Umpa...I bought some shrimp today and I have been using chopped up chicken breast to make homemade chicken salad...I actually ate out today,a grilled chicken salad.  I am staying the course.
