Hi, Faith! :)

What did the nutrition label on the mushroom soup give for total carbs and fiber?

Going only by the listed sugar content on a food label can be VERY misleading.
In many canned creamed soups, they often add flour, cornstarch, and/or other very high carb ingredients.

Tony is right  :)

The campbell's cream of mushroom soup only has 1g sugars per serving but 9g total carbs with 2g fiber making it 7 net carbs with there being 2 1/2 servings per can.  Counting by the grams of sugars in a product could throw you way off on your counts.   ;)

T-tapp is a 15 min workout that balances blood sugars, hormones, best of all lose inches.  I do the 15 min basic work plus.  When I first heard about it I thought it was tapp dancing  :D do let the workout fool you it kicks butt. (tapp.com) check out success stories
