Got some STUFF!!! :)

I just got my online order and I'm excited! I got black soybeans and my first order of beanut butter! In excited, can you tell? :D I'm gonna make me some cookies! *Happy dance* I think I may have to make some chili with the beans...any other suggestions?

I love the black soy beans for chili and cuban beans!But when you make your chili with them put them in with the ground beef so they have time to soften.You have to cook them down or they will be tough ;) Keep the beanit butter cookies in the freezer.The beanit butter ice cream is wicked good too.I make a frozen pie out of it ;)

Umpa, thank you! The cookies were delish. I will try the freezer idea! I made chili with the beans and they were so good that my family ate the entire pot and were none the wiser! Yay me! Lol. I will now have to check out that recipe, Tony. It sounds really good! The one I made was sort of a quick chili recipe but didn't have any beef so I used pork, it was still a hit. :)

Next time you make chili reserve a 1/4 cup of the beans to sprinkle on top of your salads adding protein and texture  ;)
