Thinking of freezing Caulimash, has anyone done it?  How does it taste?

Caulimash will keep for a week or longer in the fridge.

I freeze it all the time in single servings. It makes great quick grab sides when I'm not in the mood to cook. Just a minute or two in the micro and you are good to go.  Smiley

If you've never tried caulimash with feta cheese added or cheddar for the less adventitious  Roll Eyes then baked like twice baked potatoes.....you're missing a great treat Smiley............. be brave try the Feta  Cool

I forgot to add that I don't notice any difference in flavor when frozen.  Just as good as it was when it went in.  Mind you I didn't leave it in the freezer for months on end.  I think the longest I have keeped it was about 2 months  Wink
