I love Korean food, and Korean BBQ rivals any BBQ found here.  I recently ordered my FTS book.  Now that I know this recipe is in there... I can't wait...

We have these often and they really are delicious. I'll make a full rack and freeze 1/2 for another time, then Umpa and I split the other half. They freeze well and heat up beautifully.  Wink
