MSM is also great for your joints,its like spraying them with WD 40 ;)

Good!  I need all the help I can get to heal my shoulder.  I'm taking collagen too.  Dr says I have a lot of scar tissue in there, still sore after almost 6 months - I'm about ready to get a 2nd opinion!

Hi, Sunshine! :)

Sounds like you may have developed bursitis in your shoulder.
I have it in my left shoulder from an old shipyard injury that left scaring on a tendon.

What has worked for me is a combination of Glucosamine (2000mg), Condroitin (1800mg),
& MSM (1600mg) once a day.

The amount for you may be less (depending on your body size).

I buy the store brand at my local Fred Meyer (Kroger) grocer.
It's MUCH less expensive than those name brands.

Wow, glad that works Tony, Mary's rheumatologist said that Glucosamine, Condroitin & MSM supplements only help with osteoarthritis, not her rheumatoid. Glad it helps with your old injury pain!
I think MSM will help her and me!
