Zero carbs WF peanut spread
« on: March 26, 2012, 08:01:53 PM »
I saw this at Walmart today and bought it. I will add to this post after I try it. Here is a link to the product on amazon. As usual with WF, 0 carbs and calories....no clue how they do that!

I hate to say it but this was not good at all to me  More like peanut (not really close to peanut flavor) goo :P :P  I really wanted to like it too, you can't beat 0 everything...LOL  It wasn't anything like I thought it would be.     :(    Sadly it went right into the trash.   That might just be me though   ;)

I'm sorry Donna, I have to agree with TooSweet.   This is the product that I used on my first try at Beanit Butter cookies....and got mud colored sludge!  ha ha   Yep....right in the trash here too.  However, I do like most of the other Walden Farm products.

I tried it on 1/2 of a low carb pita with SF jelly for a PB &J and it was okay....not spectacular...just ok.
