Glad to see you found us Susie :) I'm so happy for you and your 13 year old. It's a tough place to be ....overweight at 13. That where I was as a kid and it wasn't easy. I can't imagine the extra stress it puts on a girl  :-\ I look forward to getting to know you :)

I forget to tell all of you thank you for your welcomes and praise for what we did to lose weight. Found this forum because I knew we needed to stay healthy. I'm so blessed to be here and meeting all of you on here.

My older daughter searched online and we read articles that say the BMI charts for adults are not healthy weight needed for older adults (Seniors).

I'm not going to be 60 for 6 more years but I am going to stay where I am, I love how I look at this weight. My BMI is 26.1 and i'm staying put and eat eat health foods from recipes from Fat to Skinny!!!
Paying it forward is such a blessing from you, so what I'm doing now by telling everyone I know about this forum, the truth about sugar and giving links to the videos on here about sugar.
