I wish I did not look at cooking as as chore, I just feel 'dum' in the kitchen! Never did do much cooking or baking worked hard all my life and long hours so always went for the 'fast' quick ways.  Now I am handicap, I have to sit on a chair to cook and work in kitchen and to clean, so that makes everything harder, but the good thing is that is all I have to do, my time is my own now, so I can spend as much time cleaning and cooking and crafting that I want to. Grin Grin Grin
I have learned so much just since I been on this forum and watching Doug's cooking shows on here and on youtube. When I have time I just sit here and read the recipes and make plans to buy the stuff and cook it, try to plan ahead and know ahead of time what to make etc. all that helps, I may become a 'real cook' yet hahaha, never too old to try. haha

You're doing great, Binky!!! Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley

Those stops and starts are part of normal weight loss.
Continuous loss  is usually the result of sickness... So don't give them a second thought! Wink
