crustless quiche

I looked up a recipe for low carb quiche and altered it.

Preheat oven to 375.
Saute whatever you want to put in your quiche (I used ham, onions, broccoli-steamed it). Pour these in the bottom of your glass pie dish after you spray it with non stick spray. In another bowl, beat 4 eggs and add about a cup of heavy cream (or almond milk...you have options). Add seasonings to the egg mixture and then pour over the meat/veggie combination in the glass dish. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese on the top. Bake for about 30 minutes. If it browns too quickly, cover with foil.

This makes 4 VERY GENEROUS servings or more servings if you cut the slices smaller.
Carb count varies, depending on the ingredients you put in it.

I made this a while back and it was sooo very good!  I have one in the oven right now...it had broccoli, onion, hot italian sausage, and topped off with pepper jack cheese.  I can't wait to try this mix!

Made a spinach (fresh organic spinach), ham, cheese, bacon, egg, almond milk quiche last night!  It was delicious and my hubby even liked it!  I will definitely make this recipe again. Thanks Owensmath for sharing this recipe!!!  Have a great day!

I made this morning! So simple and can cook while I am getting ready for work.  I added Canadian bacon, mushrooms and a little cheese.  Yummy and my husband liked it too.
