leftover steak?

Who would have thought it would happen, but we had leftover grilled steak....so.....I got creative....

I chopped up a little bit of onion into chunks (no sissy pieces of onion), fresh garlic, mushrooms....mmmm...

I started with some butter in the pan and put the aforementioned items in it and sauteed it all. While that was cooking, I sliced our steaks into thin slices. I added the beef to the other items and in a matter of minutes had a DELICIOUS meal!!!!

These were some leftovers that my husband didn't complain about eating!

Doug does that but he puts chopped cabbage anda few peanuts too like a stirfry...Yep thats what I am having for dinner

I never seem to have left overs .........Of course I only cook for myself. No one else will eat my food.
