Doug,
I love watching the food network. There is a show called Challenge where chefs have to make a dish from a basket of mystery ingredients. One of the baskets had lamb chops and pork rinds (plus two other ingredients). And immediately I thought of your pork chops. One of the chefs (out of three) used the pork rinds as a coating to fry the chops. The judges were so incredibly impressed with his creativity with the pork rinds. All I thought was...Doug already thought of that...next Smiley I'm loving it!!! Smiley Smiley Smiley

Wow,

I have been watching more of the videos lately.  I am anxious to try several of these meals.  But this one really catches my eye LOL.  Great job.  You make it look so simple and delish!

Thanks bunches.

I just wish I had some fancy plates to serve it on. Maybe I'll go to the thrift store and see if anyone donated any cool dishes.

Mr. Mouseissue,

Less mess is the name of my most favorite kitchen
song. Now I got to get some baking bags for sure.

Thanks

I told Princess to do the dishes last night,
she rolled over wanted a belly rub and made the
bark for I have a headache right now. Who
would have known.

Every cleanup tip or non-destructive(Yep right word)
kitchen cooking tip is appreciated by this single guy.

If I can wrap it up and toss the cooking left behinds
I am having a wonderful day in the kitchen.

Our Best to You and Yours,
Buford and the Girls
