Just made the crustless pumpkin pie...if I have/had 0 carb heavy whipping cream can I deduct any carbs from the total of 27 from the recipe?

Thanks Suz

Not quite sure of your question, the recipe calls for 1 1/3rd cup heavy whipping cream and I use a zero carb cream. The total carb count of the recipe takes into consideration using zero carb cream.  Cool

Thanks & Yipppeee Doug.  Since I used 0 carb HWCream then at least I don't have "add" carbs to the 27 either.  Based on my servings then I get can individual amount of carbs ....

Oh it IS that time of year again!!!  I made this recipe several times last year, and I LOVE it!!  Owensmath and I found that we could buy the little small tinfoil pie pans to make individual pies!  They are SO good with a little whipped cream on top.  (Or ALOT of whip cream on top!  ha ha)

Hi Jo! Smiley

I eat home roasted pumpkin seeds shell and all.

They are sometimes called "pepitas".
Grocery stores (Walmart, Costco, Kroger, etc.) carry them without shells.
