Here is a picture of my Crustless Low Carb Pumpkin Pie, Low Carb Pumpkin Cookies & Low Carb Pumpkin Bread with pumpkin butter.  All were delicious, especially the pie.  We thought the pumpkin cookies would have been good with a little cream cheese mixed with xylitol in the little thumbprint and then sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.

This is what I took to my sister's house (not Cara, my other sister) for Canadian Thanksgiving.  I was just getting around to taking some photos off my camera and thought I would share this picture.  I do still have some pumpkin bread and pumpkin cookies in the freezer saved for a special occasion.  Sometimes portion control is hard so I had to get temptation out of my way.
