Sherripie you are my inspiration.  I just tell myself everyday . "Sherripie did it and so can I!!!!!"  I use to think no way I could ever loose over 200 pounds, and had been such a failure at every try, I found hope with Doug ,Umpa and the FTS book, than the forum and you, are all making it possible for me to stay motivated!!!
