FrIeD CHeEsE PiZZa:)

;D okay it worked out and will be something we eat :) ALOT:

1st off you can use any type of cheese & toppings that your little heart desires... it took me 10 minutes to make this: advice have all of your toppings ready to go before you fry the cheese 8)

for my pizza i used 8 oz of shredded provelone cheese(buy a block and shred it yourself...its much better and it has 0 carbs, for those that may not be aware of it pre-shredded cheese has potato starch in it to keep it from sticking together)

my toppings were pepperoni, mushrooms & green olives:)

and i also sprinkled some garlic & red pepper on it:)

besides the cheese and toppings all you need is a frying pan,pam spray, and 3 Tablespoons of olive oil.

1-spray your frying pan with pam spray & put on stove at medium heat.

2-add the olive oil.

3-put your cheese into the pan, after it melts & starts to bubble, sprinkle on the spices & top with your favorite toppings.

4-when the edges of the cheese turn brown....its done, with a METAL spatula remove from pan, onto plate, its very hot so BEEBS don't burn yourself:)  i used a pizza cutter to slice it up:) all i can say is"OMG"

beebs it depends on what you use for toppings....the cheese itself has zero, pepperoni zero, green olives zero,i used 1 mushroom so i'll say 1-2 carbs for the pizza i made:)

Very goog gary I have made cheese sticks like this . when it starts bubbling you get your spatula and start rolling it up and it is a cheese stick you can dip in low carb sause or just eat it . But you only need a enough cheese to cover the bottom of the pan . It is crispy and delish . LIke I am sure your pizza was . I wonder if you will be CONSTAPATED ?

Wow, seriously can't wait to try this!

I have learned so much on this forum it's not even FUNNY.  Like the pre-shredded and sliced cheese containing potato starch!?  I always wondered where that 1g carb was coming from!

Gary--when you buy a big block of cheese and grate it yourself, can you grate a big bunch, put it in a plastic bag, and it will be good for a few days?  Or does it get mushy or sticky or something if you don't use it right away?

I'm willing to do my own grating, just trying to minimize the work!!  Laziness is my specialty.  I can't be alone here  ;)

I tried a small version of this. I didn't have all the good stuff that Gary had on hand. I fried the cheese, put some seasonings on it, and then added some tiny little pieces of ham. I folded it over like a hard taco when I took it out of the pan. YUMMY!!!

Throwback to the 80s: yummy to the max, like, for real....

Gary, how funny that you posted that and man does that look great!
I was just looking at a website yesterday that made crackers like that in the oven out of cut up cheese slices (I know, they have carbs).
Yummo, I'm going to do that this weekend!
