I experienced constipation also when having withdrawals when I started the lifestyle because of my body changing from burning carbs to burning fats and making use of the fats better. I realized that eating some prunes helped me while still watching how much carbs they contained and now I don't have that problem as your body becomes used to it.

I've been lifting weights and have gained muscles and my scale is more inaccurate than ever now than before. Lol I just use my scale as a symbol once a week to remind myself about my fts lifestyle.

I have to agree with Doug and tony. It goes away as soon as you body detox from sugar and your stomach clears all those things you used to eat. Hang in there my friend. I went through the same thing as you are going through and now my breath is clean and fresh.

What in the world? You got to be joking this chic claims that not eating sugar created all these problems for her! Where are her medical records to prove it? Wow!
Another person who in Piers Morgan disappointed me with his take on health was the pastor from Saddleback Church, the writer of 'purpose Driven Life' , claiming that his book the 'Daniel Plan'  you can eat grains, fruits and stuff and still lose much weight.

Eliruthy, you also need to be forgiving of yourself and compassionate to you as if you are dealing with someone who is in need of comfort. Be hard but not harsh to yourself. We're here for you. Like Tony and Doug and everyone else here has said, one meal at a time and preparation.
