you know everyday i marvel at the weight Ive lost and how it has been so damned easy to keep it off:) i can hardly remember FAT me,and neither can any of my friends or family,in that time my sister has lost over 50 lbs and gained it all back plus some,it saddens me to watch her yo-yo around:( why she is so resistant to FTS is beyond comprehension to me,anyways last nite we went out to celebrate our 5Th wedding anniversary & had one of my favorite appetizers ever & it seems to very easily converted to FTS specs:) I'm thinking about trying it this weekend and making a video?????

hey....word to the wise...set your goal weight 5-10 lbs below where you really want to be.....its nice to have an extra 5-10 lbs to play with once you get there:).....me personally,I've found that as long as i eat low carb M-F i can do as i please on the weekends and easily maintain:)

me...myself....and i......never gave a second thought to what anyone else thought about what we wanted to eat.....we always took our lo-carb tortilla's wherever we went:) and never thought twice about ordering off the menu:) really..... if you're the customer it should NEVER be a problem, and honestly,it has never been an issue at any place we've been to,each and everyone has been MORE than happy to oblige any request:) get busy and lose the weight.....excuses are a dime a dozen....
    results are PRICELESS:)
