General Discussion / Re: Cream from raw cow milk
« on: April 19, 2015, 04:05:02 AM »
Thanks Everybody. Now I wll go and look for Heavy whipping cream. Maybe look for a recipe to make it :). And Doug tigers are doing well. In a very remote forest in India there is a man eating tiger..... otherwise they are just eating other animals. I have found goats keep eating grass whole day. Tigers and lions attack and miss and may go without meal. But when they eat they feast. So thats what i have decided that i rather miss a meal or 2 but when i eat i will feast. That saves me and tigers from portion watch. I feel satiated i leave the table. :) :).

Hi! Even I had a fatty liver. Too much junk food because of too much travelling. That affected the pancreas. regular low carb lifestyle should cure it. Herbs should help. I took some local herbal medicine which helped a lot and I have a strong liver and digestive system. These are all lifestyle problems of the modern world. And change in lifestyle reverses it very fast. Also try yoga with pranayama. That should also work wonders.
Remember its just a lifestyle problem. And you have started a new healthier lifestyle.

Morgan, Now you know who your real friends are. You are  on your way to becoming a very slim person. You are anyway a beautiful person. Dont let anything affect you. Your happiness should not depend on the approval or views of anyone else. Even Miss universe will have some people not liking her. You know yourself. You love yourself.
And we all here love you!

Hi!.
Good to know you are progressing so well. I am also 42 and have been from one diet to another. I had an accident few years back and lying in bed with rods in my foot meant TV and food became my best friend. Once I got up work was a prtority and I could not shake off the food habit. Now with fts I am doing so well. It can fit with my busy lifestyle. I am extremly motivated and have started regular exercise. You will soon see immense benifits same way as I saw them.
All the best.

Umpa,
I know Sandipp from Delhi and gifted him the book and made him join this forum. I have gifted to two more people but they are still to join. They will soon.
Problem is that many food items like gg bran bread, la factory tortillas are not available. Maybe once i make enough people join you can export to India ;).
PS: Sundipp can be a little pain in the ars at most times.

Hi! Both calories and carb count is important. More important is keeping your carbs under 20. But DOug advices you to watch the portion size also. Please go through the portion size post. Also if you are consuming that many calories your carb intake is most likely to be more than 20.
