Have you tried the Peanut Spread, Alex? I'm curious how that one is.

I did not like the peanut spread, It does not taste like peanut butter.  Nor did I like Beanit Butter.  I found a locally made product of Peanut Butter that has 2 carbs per 2 tablespoons. Not sure why it's so low. I don't eat it often though.

jbonaiuto  I like my wings very very crispy.  Cook time is to your liking as long as they are done.  I do not like fat on my wings.  I like the fat carmalized.

I don't want to complain and seem weak but I too struggle with the carb monster and portion control.  \

Baggies don't work for me I just eat all the little baggies I made up.

i used 'riced' cauliflower instead and upped the cheese to 1 cup with garlic salt and onion powder.  Very tasty. Looked more like mashed potatoes though.
