FTS spinach dip umpa?
-
You want to buy it premade at the grocery store or make it beebs?
-
Make it plz.
-
I found some at Walmart that is premade and has 2 net carbs per serving (2 T).
-
I want to eat it on my gg bread. I usually make mine with spinach sour cream and liptons inion soup mix but the onion soup powder is very high carb.....
-
Heres the recipe beebs; If you want to cut more sugar use less spinach.
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 green onion
salt and pepper
nutmeg optional
There are dried spinach soups but the ones I looked at were too high in sugar
-
i was wondering if bouillon powder could be used instead of the lipton soup and nutmeg?
-
WHAT?
Beebs didn't ask for carb count and servings????
-
If you wanted to experiment with the bouillon omit the salt and pepper. ;)
-
Ermm carb count and serving size? ;D
-
There it is. I knew that was coming.
-
Just for you Donna! ;D
-
