Hey y all! It's been a while. Since we've gotten this new house and have FINALLY settled down...weve both lost about 10 lbs each! That and 4 puppies later! No time to be a couch potato around here! Lol...My days generally start around 5am! And are non stop, between cleaning house and taking the puppies outside a thousand times a day! I've also gotten back on the excersize bike at least twice a week for an hour.
Feels great having our own space again, to do whatever we want!
Hope y'all are doing great!!

Hi, Stephanie! Smiley

Nice to hear from you again and happy to hear your life is going well.

Life is good in this household as well.
Happy living the FTS lifestyle and never missing a day of my old ways. Smiley

and - Hello Tony

You are a true stalwart of this forum.  Every time I pop on to see who is around you are always there.

I've wanted to post often but it's hard to post something when no one else is posting.   It seems lots people come on but don't want to comment on anything so the community support thing doesn't happen.  Remember when there were heaps of us just chatting away.

I also miss the fact that Doug and Umpa don't seem to be in the forefront anymore.
They were always posting away and keeping us on track, encouraging us, giving us new recipes.

Hello, morgan!  Smiley

I mainly log in to see if anyone has a question or concern, or just needs some support.

FTS literally saved my life. And that's what my doctor told me back in early 2011.
And if I can help save someone else's, I want to help them make it happen.

Like you, I do miss the conversations we used to have here.
Perhaps one day, Doug and Umpa will do something to revive it.

I also miss Doug and Umpa checking in here. But they are keeping the forum active.
I believe it's because they know that FTS is a lifesaver and this forum's website is worth keeping alive.

There are a lot of fantastic recipes here.
And there are also a lot more out there on the web.
I use both as a resource.

Take care, and keep checking in. You never know what you may see.  Smiley
