I have always counted eggs as 1 net carb.....cheese depends on what your using. For instance pre-shredded cheese has potato starch added to the mix to stop the slivers from sticking together. Some cheeses do have carbs. If you're eating 3 eggs with zero carb cheese and an Atkins shake for breakfast I would count as below.
3 eggs- 3 net carbs
zero carb cheese- 0 net carbs
Shake(assuming you're drinking the 2 net carb shake) 2 net carbs
Total breakfast 5 net carbs.
My rules are pretty simple, stay under 20 net carbs per day during your weight loss
period of time and you will continue to lose weight
I'm not much on apps, I like to do all my own counts. I do use my FAT TO SKINNY carb counter book often for that purpose.
