WW failed me. The sugar free taste of Success.

Success! Got book on May 22, 2014. Weight 225. Joined forum on 26th. This morning hit 205. Lost first 20 pounds. WW failed me. Reading labels for carbs opened my eyes. Clothes are looser. Happier!!! Not starving. Enjoying life again.

That is absolutely wonderful to hear, Lee!!! :) :) :) :) :)

We have many WW refugees in the FTS family.
I tried it several times, thru several of its variations with the same results, would lose some weight.
But then regain it, plus MORE!!! >:(

I've been living the FTS lifestyle since August 2010 and will NEVER go back to my old ways.
I'm healthier now than I've been in over 30 years and have never kept my weight off like this before! ;D
