Delish, Fast, No-Cook Low Carb Lemon Cheesecake Bars... YUMMY!

These are Soooooo good you'll think you've gone to heaven!

No-Cook Low Carb Lemon Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

1- 3oz box sugar free lemon jello
1  cup boiling water
2- 8oz cream cheese
2  tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
whipped cream

Directions

1- Add water to jello and mix until dissolved
2- Mix in cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth.
3- Pour into 8 in. Square dish and chill till firm.
4- cut into squares and plate, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with raspberries

Pass me a tissue please I'm drooling.  I haven't had anything sweet for 8 days now and cravings still there to the point I taking one day at a time. I told myself I was giving all up for 2 weeks to see if can budge my stall. Thought it would  be easier than this. Two weeks is usually what it takes for a sugar detox. But think sugar alcohols may be just as bad. No 'flu' but the 'i wants' are relentless.
