Is this bread too good to be true? It's what we ate before FTS and still lost weight.

Mary and I have been eating it for 3 months. We used to have about 2-4 slices a day because it tasted so good to us. Now that I'm making waffles and stuff we are not eating the bread much, lol. We both are not really big bread eaters, but we do like a good BLT once in awhile.

I still prefer a large romaine lettuce leaf for my wraps over any kind of bread or tortilla  ;)

Mary & I prefer plain ol' veggies & meat sauteed on the stove. So on the go, a nice piece of marinated grilled chicken in lettuce would be delicious!!!!!! Add a salad w/ various veggies and our tongues & tummies would be happy.

I like to use lettuce for tacos and fajitas too, let alone burgers ;)

Hmmm, for tacos & fajitas? I've never heard of that. I like that idea!

You'd think in Southern California I would see lettuce wrapped items on many menus, but only at Carl's Jrs, and I'm not fond of that place.

That's OK, Susie! :)

If you keep a small cooler with you that has a few lettuce leaves, you can stop most anywhere and make your own.
I do this often!

When I was in San Diego all the restaurants in my area offered them all you have to do is ask and the cook can do it ;)

OMG... feel like I ate so bad! Fried 2 slices of this bread on stove & made grilled cheese sandwich cheddar-Jack hard cheese. Drank a cup of Trader Joe's Almond milk. 3 carbs total
