Great job on the video, Doug and Umpa - your videos keep getting better and better!!!!  Thank you for listing the ingredients and the quantity - this is such a big help!!!

Really enjoyed it - thanks again!  Smiley

P.S.  How many carbs in a slice of the crustless Pumpkin pie?  About 4 carbs?

I love the crustless pie. The pumpkin is smooth, sweet, spicy and melts in your mouth. Funny, for years when I ate pumpkin pie in the past I always scraped the filling from the crust and threw the crust away....not for weight loss but due to the combination of textures.

The seeds are still in the shells, unlike your other cracker recipe which only uses the kernels....good question. Cooked the way I show you on the video the seeds replace popcorn very easily  Cool If you try to make a crust with ground roasted seeds be sure to omit the salt when roasting.

I  used to make a pumpkin pie for the holidays that had a crunchy walnut topping......might have to bring it back for the crustless.

Well, it was not exactly an FTS friendly recipe so needs a rework.  Walnuts and pumpkin go very well together.  I will have to play with it LOL.
